Scope of Supply

Complete package including tube bundle, induced or forced draft axial flow fans, cooling water pumps, piping, valves, field and control instrumentations, expansion tank, MCC or control panel.

Radiator for 10 MW Gas Engine
Water Cooler for General Electric USA.

Operation

The automatic logic control system for fault detection and control of low water level in expansion tank, low water pressure in pumps, high vibration in fans and high system temperature are the main feature.

Radiator for Gas/Diesel engine has the sandwiched arrangement of HT (for jacket water) and LT (charge air cooling) sections. Nozzles are terminated at single point. Expansion tanks are provided whenever required. Circulating water pumps and piping and control systems are normally part of the engine manufacture scope of supply.

Energy saving is achieved through any one or combination of the following methods of controls based on variations in ambient temperature.

a) Two speed motor.
b) Autovariable fan.
c) Switching on/off of standby fans.
d) Variable speed drive systems for fan speed control.
