Cladding of tube sheet is done to prevent the tube sheet from corrosion from the raw water and to facilitate the tube to tube sheet welding process as a cost effective solution in comparison to using full thickness of Cu Ni alloy plate for the tube sheet. |

| "METSOL" coating |

A thin coat of solvent based poly-acrylic anti corrosive product is applied on the finned tubes to protect it from corrosion, erosion abrasion, attack of acids / alkali fumes, salts, corrosive atmosphere of SO2, SO3, & other acidic atmosphere. This coating is very effective for finned surface to protect from corrosion specially in wet gas where condensation of water over finned tubes is a major concern. |

| Helium Leak Test: |

A effective way to detect a leakage if present inside a tube to tube sheet joint by means of helium as a check medium and by vacuum method. |
