Finned Tubes

'G' Type grooved embedded fins for fluid temperatures upto 400°C.

Extruded bi-metallic tubes for fluid temperatures upto 280°C and wherever film condensation on fins or saline atmospheric condition exists.

 

Headers

1) Plug type headers for design pressure upto 200 bar.
2) Removable cover plate header upto a design pressure of 30 bar or fluids with higher fouling characteristics.
3) Manifold pipe header for design pressures higher than 200 bar.

 

Materials of Construction

1) Carbon steel with or without NACE requirement and/or HIC testing.

Operation

Fine control of process outlet temperature is achieved by the individual or combination of the following methods of control.

1) Auto variation of fan blade angle.
2) Auto variation of louver blade angle.
3) Variable speed drive system for fan speed control.
